The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AffiLinkX and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
By submitting content to our platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting our services.
Content generated by our AI tools is provided for your use in connection with the platform. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall AffiLinkX, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
